Yet, we couldn’t be more pleased with our current lot in life and the wonderful gift of family. Our greatest happiness lies in watching our children grow and succeed. We feel so fortunate to live in a place like Wellsville, where good ol’ fashion values still govern one’s conduct and we feel the serenity of a friendly harbor or a safe refuge.
Our children are enjoying being kids here, with plenty of opportunity to explore and stretch themselves and discovering just the right amount of spontaneous trouble.
As their guardians, we’re constantly laughing at our imperfections and random parenting techniques but are bound and determined not to fall in the trap of heeding the current vogue of trendy parenting periodicals.
It’s apparent to us that each day can bring its own unexpected adventures even in the midst of the monotonies of daily life. We hope we will be up to the challenge of both extremes.
